A One-Time Fee

We charge a one-time fee of $1,400 for a complete Estate Plan package. Most law firms charge substantially more. Many law firms expect some or all of that fee to be paid in advance. We require no payment until you receive your final, completed documents.

If you are not satisfied with your completed Estate Plan, we will either (1) work to correct any problem, or (2) refund your payment (we simply ask that you return all Estate Plan documents to us).
